Having worked in human resources for over a decade, I know what it means to be on the front lines. I like to bring this experience to bear when helping clients create a trusting work environment that fosters both well-being and excellence.

Another great fascination of mine is activating individuals’ resources so as to help them achieve a greater degree of self-determination and freedom of choice. I love to see how people move forward through their lives with more energy and joy after a coaching process.

Feedback I often receive: clients tell me they appreciate being able to engage with me as an equal, in an encounter which is characterized by openness and positive regard. They also appreciate my uncomplicated, lively and pragmatic manner.

Before aergon

Building bridges between different cultures and understanding others without prejudice is an attitude I have internalized since childhood, as I grew up in a bicultural family (Swiss and Brazilian). In 2008, I graduated with a degree in social sciences from the University of Lausanne. Right after my studies I followed my heart and moved to Zurich, where I worked in various event and cultural projects before starting my career in HR. My last position was as a Senior HR Business Partner at Livit AG, during which I spent almost seven years supporting managers and employees. Over time, I realized that I wanted to develop my focus and shift from a process-oriented consultant role to a deeper coaching approach. Therefore, to acquire a proper foundation in these new skills, in 2020 I started a Master’s program in Coaching, Organizational Consulting and Development at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and have already successfully completed 2 modules.

Besides aergon

I have been living in Zurich for 15 years, and although I do not speak Swiss German myself, I understand all dialects of Schwyzerdütsch. I love to get around this dynamic and beautiful city by bicycle every day. I live in the city center with my partner, and both my family and friends have an important place in my life. I love to cook, and I regularly treat the people around me to a good, carefully prepared meal. These moments of sharing are very precious to me. To center myself in everyday life, I regularly practice yoga and go hiking in the outdoors. During the pandemic I discovered rowing, which I experience as both a physical and meditative sport. Starting the day on the lake calms me down and fills me with fresh and positive energy.
