Our 'inside-out' approach starts with journeying-in and becoming more self-aware, and gradually journeying-out, building impact awareness through playful leadership simulations and carefully designed team interventions. 

Our team workshops offer a platform for leadership teams to develop into 'a collective with aligned values', whose members work not only with each other but also for each other – serving as a role model for all other teams. Here we work with the principle “from upset to setup” – letting go of past troubles, while drawing from them the strength to forge a new direction. At the same time, the leadership team learns to view conflicts as a normal and healthy part of the company culture. They work on developing benevolent solutions that do justice to everyone concerned, and integrating them into current business practice. They are also introduced to systemic techniques for internalising external calm and clarity, both at the individual and the team level.
