Helping individuals and organizations in the process of development, from analyzing their needs through to achieving successful change – this is my great passion and my main preoccupation. What I really want to do is to work with people to discover and unleash their potential, resulting in both personal fulfillment and business success.
My job is to give managers and their teams the support they need to act authentically, expand their skills, communicate openly and work together in a way that is both inspirational and effective. In this process, reflection, presence, engaging with others and constantly stepping outside of one’s comfort zone lead again and again to new insights which have a strong influence on how I do my work.

Before aergon
I have always been fascinated by people and how they interact with each other, and this is what inspired me to study social psychology and business psychology at the University of Zurich. During my studies I also worked for two consulting firms specializing in PR and communications; this is where I acquired the skill of formulating stringent and transparent corporate communications, and became adept at helping companies undergoing change with their communications. I then worked in HR development for a major Swiss company where I developed a 360° feedback instrument and designed the process for implementing it. This experience has been formative for my understanding of how big companies operate.
Since 2008 I have worked for various national and international consulting firms, helping managers, teams and organizations to transform themselves and realize their potential. Thanks to my wide-ranging experience I am able to understand the needs of those involved in and affected by change and development processes, from the point of view of both managers and employees and from both an HR and communications perspective. This enables me to offer targeted transformation services.
Since 2014 I have been working towards a Master of Advanced Studies in HR Leadership at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration, for which I have been getting to grips with questions of innovative and strategic HR management.
Beyond aergon
In 2015 I founded my own company, LEAP Consulting, through which I channel my passion and dedication into helping managers and organizations with their development.
I live with my partner by Lake Zurich. I love water in all its forms, and I recharge my battery by swimming, snowboarding, diving and walking by the lake. I gain inner strength and calmness from yoga, and I take pleasure in cooking, travel and wellness.
Most transformation processes are driven primarily by the need or desire for better economic performance (‘better results’). As well as the business side of things, however, there are two further aspects to an organization which need to be part of the transformation process; we describe this as the ‘I-We-It’ model. ‘It’ stands for a company’s strategies, systems, structures and business activities – these are usually the main focus of change projects. But in order to efficiently manage and develop these purely business elements, an organization needs a strong ‘We’ – a unified leadership team with enduring partnerships based on trust, shared values and an overarching mutual purpose. This enables a well-configured team to become a source of economic power which stimulates it members and helps them grow, unlocking their hidden potential. There are few joys in life that compare with experiencing success as part of a team.
